Manage Branches


πŸ“Œ What is the Manage Branches Module?​

In HelloMe, Branches are physical or virtual offices linked to an Agent.
Branches help an agent handle transactions in specific countries, cities, or regions β€” allowing HelloMe to:

  • Expand its reach.
  • Offer local services.
  • Manage local payout or collection points.

Branches can be either Sending Branches (handle disbursement) or Receiving Branches (handle collection).


βœ… Purpose​

The Manage Branches module lets admins:

  • See all branches connected to agents.
  • Filter branches by country, agent, type, or status.
  • View detailed branch profiles.
  • Add new sending or receiving branches.
  • Edit or delete branches as needed.

Admins can search or filter branches using:

Branch NameFilter by the branch’s name.
Branch PrefixFilter by the branch’s short prefix.
TypeFilter by Sending or Receiving.
CountryShow branches in a specific country.
AgentShow branches linked to a specific agent.
StatusFilter by Active or Inactive.

Click Apply to search or Reset to clear filters.

The Branch Profile view shows all key branch details:

  • Branch Type (Sending or Receiving)

    • Amount Statistics
    • Recent Activities

Includes:

  • Business Name & Prefix
  • Address 1 & 2, City, State/Province, Postcode, Country
  • Currency
  • Agent
  • Exchange Rate Category
  • Service Charges Category
  • Contact Info: Work phone, mobile, email, website, fax.
  • Time Zone & Risk Level
  • Status: Active/Inactive
  • Contact Person: Name, address, phone, email.

βœ… The Edit Info button lets admins update branch details quickly.


πŸ“Š Branch Business Hours​

Shows opening hours for each day of the week:

  • Day
  • From (Opening Time)
  • To (Closing Time)

Example:

Click the Edit button to quickly update business hours​

Shows branch performance:

  • Duration (period)
  • Number of transactions
  • Total amount handled

  • Document uploads/updates

βœ… What Happens When an Admin Clicks More β†’ Edit​

  • Opens the Edit Branch form.
  • Admin can update General Info, Contact Info, Contact Person, Business Hours, and Settings.
  • Updates keep the branch info accurate.

πŸ—‘οΈ What Happens When an Admin Clicks More β†’ Delete​

  • The branch is removed from the list.
  • The branch can no longer handle transactions for the agent.
  • Helps manage compliance and operations.

At the top right, admins can choose:

  • Add New Sending Branch
  • Add New Receiving Branch

1️⃣ Admin clicks Add New Sending Branch or Add New Receiving Branch.
2️⃣ Fills in all required fields.
3️⃣ Saves the new branch.
4️⃣ The new branch appears in the Manage Branches table and is ready to handle transactions.
